The rules and regulations for your Freak Female Freak Mode 40 Day Habit Challenge:

Open 1 lesson of your FM40 each day, do not miss a lesson or a day. You can't skip a day or do 2 lessons per day.

Post your daily reflection on Kajabi, after completing each course. There is an area designated to do so. You will see other people's comments as well.
